MOSQUITO MADNESS

Mosquitoes kill over 700,000 people every year.

This group project researched malaria carrying mosquitoes.

We interviewed Bart Knols, an expert in the field of mosquitos. Our take-away from this interview gave us the knowledge to create an understanding of how mosquitoes function, and the necessary precautions needed to prevent their nasty bites.

I like everything that smells sweet.

Human sweat is my favorite.

Where there are humans, there is delicious blood.

The smell of citronella does not keep me away from you.

I locate my victims through their body heat with my own heat

sensor. Most times where there is human heat there is also human

blood. The proteins in human blood aid in the reproduction of my progeny.

It is almost impossible for you to protect yourselves from me finding you.
